All of which are within the open plan space and have a minimalist touch that holds hints of warmth throughout. An office is also located on this floor, and a WC for comfort.

The immaculate finishes on this villa continue upstairs to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. Two doubles and a single, with either a bath or shower room en suite. Further on to the second floor, the master double bedroom can be found; an impeccable sized room with bounds of natural light and a bathroom en suite. All of these rooms have been designed to the highest standard.

Outside, within the beautiful stone walled garden is a large pool and al fresco area with portable barbecue and fridge freezer, whilst spacious lawned grounds surround the rest of the property.

This perfectly located villa is within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants, whilst the sought after town of Marbella is just 3km away.
