Cap Rocat is a very different 5 star hotel; it's a former fortress located on a private estate spanning over 80 acres and enjoying 2 km of coastline on the Eastern side of the Bay of Palma. The property has been meticulously restored to preserve the character and heritage of this wonderful retreat.

This impressive property offers boutique accommodation, two restaurants and an outdoor infinity pool as well as having direct access to the sparkling Mediterranean sea. This is a place of peace where you can enjoy a restful break in a beautiful location.

Cap Rocat’s spa is an impressive space with a swimming pool sunk 12 m below ground level but still wonderfully light thanks to a glass ceiling allowing the Mallorcan sunshine in. Enjoy a massage in the vaulted massage suite or the privacy of your own room. You could also treat yourself to a body scrub or beauty treatment at the Mirador treatment suite located on the hilltop and offering lovely views of the bay of Palma.

If you like a spot of exercise, there are tennis courts and a fitness centre with a personal training service. A good range of other activities can be organised for you as well such as sightseeing and cultural excursions, golf, sailing, fishing and diving.

Double Fortaleza

These splendid rooms are located alongside the guard posts by the great entrance and defensive moat. Each has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a furnished terrace.

Cap Rocat

Large rooms located in the first inner circle of the fortress. Each suite has a unique interior design with a bedroom, living area and spacious bathroom with vaulted ceilings.

Cap Rocat suites have three terraces on different levels giving guests a beautiful place to enjoy the sea views or enjoy a private breakfast.

Sentinels

There are just three Sentinel rooms - exceptional spaces which are hidden in the rock on the edge of the cliffs where Cap Rocat was built. Each has unparalleled views over Palma Bay, exquisite furnishings and a private plunge pool.

El Cabo Suite

A serene suite with vaulted ceilings, white Mediterranean tones, elegant bedroom, living area, large bathroom and beautiful outdoor space with three different terraces, a gazebo and private pool.

Del Mar

Refined accommodation with outstanding sea views. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the Del Mar Suite which also has a private plunge pool.

Enjoy a private dinner on the terrace while you watch the sunset - perfect!

Restaurants

The Fortress Restaurant offers a fine array of Mediterranean cuisine whilst the Sea Club open air restaurant serves a range of dishes cooked in a traditional Mallorcan firewood oven and grill.

There are also private dining opportunities and courses can be arranged for those cooking and wine enthusiasts who want to learn more about Spanish cuisine and local wines.
