Just 6km from sandy beaches in the pretty coastal resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa, and 4km from the Pollensa golf course, this lovely house with fabulous sweeping views out to the Bay of Alcudia is very well positioned for all the essentials of an island holiday, yet it is cushioned in peace and privacy. Inside this is an exceptionally spacious property with a large kitchen with dining area and a very large and airy sitting room opening to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool.Upstairs there is the master bedroom with super king size bed and en suite bathroom which opens to the terrace with distant sea views, as well as two further double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and terrace access opening to the views. Completing the bedrooms is a twin room with sole use of a separate bathroom. Comfortably informal and well-proportioned, this property is well-equipped. Steps lead down from the house to a sunny terrace furnished with ample sun loungers, the focal point of which is the private pool with stunning mountain views. From here, guests stroll down into Old Pollensa with selection of cafes, restaurants, boutiques approximately 25 - 30minutes from the villa. Lively Puerto Pollensa with boat and cycle hire is also within easy reach. The area is renowned for cycling and top of the range bicycles can be rented and delivered to the villa.
