Located in the heart of Mallorca, between the picturesque towns of Selva and Moscari, Ca’n Llorenc is one of two private villas set in 20 hectares of Mediterranean gardens, and offers sweeping views of Alcudia Bay and the Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is decorated with a mix of unique hand-picked items, works of art from around the world, and top of the range mod-cons. The ground floor has a billiard table area opening onto the living room, and there is also a table tennis table as well as a shared tennis court, making this property ideal for families. There are five en suite twin bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and one at each corner of the upper level. The ground floor bedroom leads out to the pool area and gardens. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a Bulthaup kitchen and leads out onto a covered terrace perfect for al fresco dining. On the upper level, as well as the four bedrooms, there is an open living area leading onto a terrace with spectacular views. The villa is in easy reach of the island’s many attractions, including beaches, walking trails and cycling routes.
