A private, pampering and authentically charming villa, Agatha is a four-bedroom getaway near Zakynthos Town. Defined by its stripped back, minimalist design, the villa has really beautiful interiors – soft greys combine with wood and metal accents to create a soothing marriage of contemporary, but classic, spaces. Just 3km from the golden sands of Tsilivi Beach, Agatha has a gorgeous location overlooking lovely sea views. A private swimming pool is the central spot of the garden, with loungers, pool chairs and towels all provided to ensure maximum relaxation. A lovely stone-built barbecue, complete with the shaded terrace and outdoor dining table, is the perfect addition for any al fresco meals. Large sliding doors take you into the villa, opening out to the open plan assortment of comfortable ground floor living spaces. There’s a cosy living room and a high-spec kitchen, fully-equipped to help cater to any home-cooked villa meals. There are four bedrooms in the property, two of which overlook the garden and a further two which enjoy the indulgent sea views. A double bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom, completes the ground floor level, while the remaining three can be found upstairs. Each bedroom has a modern en suite and is your own very private sanctuary – muted tones and beautiful decoration add to the luxurious feel of the stylishly simple downstairs.
