August is the warmest month on the Costa Blanca with average temperatures of 29 degrees Celsius. The summer weather is fine and warm between the months of May to mid October. The coldest period is between November and March with an average temperature of 12 degrees. November is the wettest month.
With 5Km of sandy beach, Benidorm is the most popular destination on the Costa Blanca. The town boasts over one thousand restaurants, 30 discos and four theme parks, so there’s certainly plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
Mundomer Aquatic Park
Mundomer Aquatic Park is famous for its performing dolphins, but there’s also a lot more to keep the family occupied. There’s also sea lions, parrots, flamingos and sea turtles.
Situated west of Benidorm, there’s more than 20 exciting giant water slides at this theme park including the “Black Hole” which is described as the “highest chute on the continent”. There’s also a wave pool, rapids and numerous playground equipment. Restaurants are also available.
