A Gorgeous Stay at Gloria Serenity in Turkey
A Gorgeous Stay at Gloria Serenity in Turkey
Pool Villa
During our stay we had most of our meals in the main Buffet Restaurant. I found that there was always a great choice and I was never disappointed. We also had a gorgeous meal at Komnenos which is one of the many à la carte options available. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food followed suit with exquisite Middle Eastern cuisine! I had never tried Pumpkin soup before this, and I absolutely loved it.
Gloria Serenity is part of a huge resort which has four hotels in total and a private beach.
On our third day, after a very fun filled night at the Insomnia Night Club, which is located in the basement of the main building at Gloria Serenity, we were treated to a guided tour of the resort so we had the opportunity to have a closer look round Gloria Serenity and the other three hotels on site.
Gloria Serenity really does live up to its name. This whole place is tranquil and relaxing with beautiful pools and gardens all around. As well as the Pool Villas, there's a choice of other luxurious accommodation here including spacious rooms and suites, garden villas and deluxe villas with a private pool and a hammock. The VIP and Presidential Villa are spectacular.
The Spa at Gloria Serenity is luxurious and there are an array of tempting treatments on offer.
There are a number of bars to choose from. My favourite bar was on the pier that sits over the ocean next to the private beach, and I sampled a few lovely cocktails from here.
Gloria Golf:
Gloria Golf would be an ideal choice for families or golf lovers. As well as the extensive golf course, there is an abundance of fun stuff for the kids! There's a waterpark, a huge indoor soft play area and an amazing Kids Club facility, complete with indoor cinema, huge indoor play rooms and a playground. I must say I was so impressed with the choice here for the kids and I would not hesitate to book this hotel for my family. There is a choice of luxurious accommodation here, including spacious family rooms that overlook one of the pools.
Gloria Sports:
Gloria Sports is a haven for the more active traveller, with a full size sports stadium, two football pitches, hockey pitch, ten lane Olympic outdoor pool, five lane Olympic indoor pool, sports medicine and athletics performance centre. The accommodation options here range from standard rooms to sumptuous suites. All are modern and have views over the impressive sports stadium.
Gloria Verde:
At the Gloria Verde, there is something for everyone. There is a choice of beautiful rooms and suites to suit couples, and villas and family rooms to suit families or larger groups. There's also a choice of children’s pools and pools for the adults, as well as an outside salt water pool and Spa. Gloria Verde also benefits from being located close to the beautiful private beach.
I was sad when it was time to leave this fabulous resort but I will definitely be back!
