World Itinerary and Ultra Luxury Cruises

Round the World Itinerary including Australia, fly drive itinerary in New Zealand and stopover in Thailand Package including business class flights, transfers throughout, hotels, car hire in New Zealand and other extras. Unfortunately client had to cancel at the last minute due to a death and rebooked as below not long after.  Late Booking on ultra luxury Caribbean cruise with Regent Seven Seas combined with a Designer Travel package in Florida. Ultra Luxury Caribbean Cruise including regional flights, private transfer, hotel and cruise.   Another ultra luxury cruise to the Mediterranean with Oceania Cruises Ultra Luxury Mediterranean Cruise including direct regional flights with Monarch and Aegean Airlines. Dear Simon, We would just like to express our deepest gratitude for the outstanding service that you have provided on behalf of Designer Travel. As you know we had a complex six week itinerary that you expertly guided us through and we appreciated you fine tuning it for us. Australia, New Zealand and Thailand was some feat. Thank you. As if that wasn't enough, when we had to cancel at very short notice, you once again stepped up and helped us with the cancellation. We recognise that you went beyond what would normally be your area of business and for that we will always be very grateful. We were so impressed by your service that we went on to make two more bookings with you. Each time you have exceeded our expectations of what travel agents do. In this age it is so easy to just do it yourself on line but in terms of value over cost you offer a service that is quite simply outstanding.
