Where do we start?….. from start to finish the service we have received from you has been amazing.

Our holiday to Cayo Resort was delayed twice (our choice) due to the pandemic. The changes were handled with such efficiency and every step of the way the communication has been spot on.

It was with such excitement that we looked forward to finally getting to Crete and we were not disappointed.

The hotel was everything that was promised, positioned in the hillside above Plaka with beautiful views over to Spinalonga. The staff were exceptional, professional, attentive, with nothing too much trouble. Our room was spotless, the terrace and the heated pool a delight.

A beautiful quiet location for a perfect week away.
