I doubt if there is any travel agent out there who comes close to how hard Amanda and the team works for its customers. We have three children of varied ages and requirements and flight times, room size, whether hotels can guarantee interconnecting rooms etc is really important to us. The Designer team always respond with detailed information based on first-hand experience. They've also saved us money on flight options, free seat choices - which can add up on some flights - and found us repeat booking discounts, all inclusive sports deals, loads of stuff... We wouldn't use anyone else.
