"We have booked travel through Caroline for 6 years now. We never understood the value of a good travel agent until on one trip, things did not go quite as planned. Not only did Caroline provide us with complete personal assistance, excellent communication and an outstanding service, she also went the extra mile to help other people at the resort who were also stranded due to airline problems. Caroline was available throughout and provided what can only be described as amazing service. Other guests asked Caroline to help them as their own agents were not available or did not help.
