The Sarah Factor

I recently went to Sarah for the first time after being recommended to her by a colleague from work and she has been unbelievable. Initially I was using Sarah to benchmark against quotes I’d had from high street travel agents (sorry Sarah 😉), but after not only beating the quote she then looked after me as if I was a friend rather than a customer - that part has been priceless. I’ll still always shop around in case there’s some really good deals out there, but I’ll always come back to Sarah in the hope she can get somewhere close. And even if she’s more expensive - I’ll still probably end up going through Designer Travel just because of the “Sarah factor”.   MH 26/10/19
