If you are looking to book a holiday I can‘t recommend this lady highly enough!! I've just booked our next family trip with her (the fourth time she has arranged a holiday for us) and, as slways, she couldn't have been more helpful. Joanne delivers a personal service you don't get in shops or online. She spends time making sure we get what we are looking for at the best available price. Last night I spent hours asking about different flight times, airports, accommodation, dates etc and nothing was too much trouble. The service doesn't end once you've booked either! Joanne sorts check in, sends you all the necessary paperwork, gives fantastic advice about the resort/country/excursions etc and, if you are anything like me, answers a million questions ......nothing is too much trouble.
