Having only ever booked about one holiday myself, the service that Sue Designer Travel offers appealed as it took all of the stress out of arranging a holiday. My parents recommended Sue to us and she was fantastic, organising everything for us from checking us in for our flights to booking car parking at the airport. Everything went very smoothly, which is all that you can ask for when on holiday really! We were given a good choice of hotels within the budget we planned, most were recommended by previous customers. Sue was in regular contact with us leading up to our holiday and we even had the nice surprise of a welcome home card on our return.
