Single Parent Holiday to Rhodes

It was that time of the year when you start thinking of booking a summer holiday but I must admit that being a single Mum with a full time job the only way to have plenty of time to navigate online and have a bit of an overview of what the options were, was being awake until 2 a.m. for 3 Saturdays with the result that I did manage to get quite a good overview of the options but no decision made yet. I did happen to be at a barbecue and meet a friend of mine, we started talking about holidays and when she heard that I was looking and trying to make a final decision, she offered to provide me with the name and contact details of "a very good Lady who had been helping me to find the ideal holiday", that's how I got in contact with Susan and I have immediately felt that I was in good hands. Just after my first email, in which I explained what I was looking for (it had a great deal of elements to fit in!!!), Susan replied very promptly and submitting me a first variety of locations. She has then emailed me several more options, all both detailed in an email and also described in depth of details in an e-brochure, something that impressed me from the very beginning. I knew I would end up booking with her. I made a decision out of few very good solutions, and decided to spend two weeks at the Sun Beach Resort in Rhodes which I have been hundred percent happy with my choice. Susan has been professional at a top level, available at different times of the day and the evenings and I found this extremely helpful! She has been understanding exactly what I was looking for in my holiday and offered me solutions that were definitely suitable. She was in contact with the Resort a few times for me with different requirements which helped me and my son having a perfect holiday. And this is exactly what happened: the Resort was beautiful, the customer service excellent and the room upgrade another reason to thank Susan for. We had a great time! I would strongly recommend Susan to everyone!
