Ava is one of the best travel agents we’ve have ever known, she goes the extra mile at all times. We have booked a few holidays with her now and the last one was a cruise departing from Southampton. She knew so much information about the ship and gave us good tips about what to do to make the most of the short time we had aboard. Whilst on the cruise we decided to book another one to Alaska which meant that Ava has had to sort out all the flights to get us there and also to do some deviations. As it has not all been booked as one package this has caused a big problem but not one that Ava has shied away from in fact she has found us a great deal and ended up saving us money. We would not hesitate in recommending Ava to family and friends and look forward to booking many more holidays with her in the future Matt and Sam Hill
