My family and I used Helen to organise and book our family holiday to fuertuventura during the February half term holiday. The service from beginning to end was of the highest level, from checking in our flights to sending through all the relevant documents and keeping us up to date on Covid restrictions. Once we arrived at our resort Helen had managed to secure us the perfect room which fitted my long list of requests perfectly! Helen is incredibly knowledgable about the hotels and resorts she books and very honest about realistic pricing options, going above and beyond to get the best price for her clients. There were also lots of lovely touches along the way such as a personal welcome letter in our room and welcome home postcard on our return. I have recommended Helen to many of my friends and family who have also been very impressed with her business and personal touch, unlike any other travel agent - real value added. We will not hesitate to use Helen again for our next family holiday and thoroughly recommend getting in touch with her for your travel needs.
