Pam and Richard's trip to Japan

Pam and I would like to thank you for organising our recent trip to Japan. 

Although we only wanted a flight and one hotel for the duration of our stay in 
Japan, you were helpful and attentive to our requirements. You managed to book thespecific hotel in Kyoto we wanted, and arranged flights to and from the airports 
we wished to use. We even had a message from you the night before our holiday 
started wishing us a great holiday. It was, and all thanks to you!

We know which travel agent to use next time we want a special holiday booking.
