CAPE TOWN – THE GARDEN ROUTE – LUXURY GAME LODGE EASTERN CAPE   One & Only Cape Town for 4 nights Franschhoek Country House for 2 nights The Marine at Hermanus for 2 nights The Rosenhof House at Oudtshoorn for 2 nights The Plettenburg Bay for 3 nights Sands at Saint Francis Bay for 1 night Kichaka Lodge Eastern Cape for 3 nights     Simon just to let you know that the trip you organised for Stephen and I was simply amazing. It was the best holiday experience that we both had. Especially since it was our 40th wedding anniversary and it is something which we both will never forget. The trip started with Cape Town for 4 nights. We did quite a bit of sightseeing. Went to Robin Island which is a must although it was a bit depressing for me. Went to Cape Point which is another must. Up to Table Top Mountain. The City itself is very different and interesting. There were other things we would have like to do but not enough time. If we went back, we would stay longer. We rented a car and travelled to Franschhoek. We really liked it here could have stayed three nights. We did the wine tram but we would have preferred to have done a couple of the vineyards privately and maybe have seen how they put everything together. The wine tram was mainly just tasting wines. After there we moved on to Hermanus for 2 nights enough time there to see the whales and dolphins. We did not manage to go out on a boat because of the weather. After that we travelled to Oudtshoorn we went to the Congo Caves a must if you go there. Never seen anything like it. Two nights here was ample. You could do bungee jumping and zip lining also. After that we went to Plettenburg Bay. Beautiful beaches a place to chill. We went for 3 nights but I think 2 would have been plenty. Then we went 1 night to Saint Francis Bay.  Not a favourite. Would have missed this one out. More of an upmarket suburb. Then finally we had our Safari at Kichaka Lodge we both really enjoyed it. Great experience and saw the big 5. We had 3 nights enough time. The lodge was very good and staff very friendly. Then we flew home from Port Elizabeth. Carolina 84
