Med Cruise aboard the brand new ultra-luxury Seven Seas Explorer

A Cultured Journey Cruise travelling from Rome to Lisbon - totally all inclusive Hello Simon, Just to let you have some feedback with regard to the rest of the cruise. Firstly we really enjoyed the cruise. The ship itself is fantastic. The standard of the decor and the way she is laid out is the best we have ever seen. All the staff are excellent, completely professional and they could not do enough for you. The food was also of a very high standard. However we did feel the standard of entertainment needed improving to match that of our previous cruise aboard the Regent Seven Seas Navigator. However I will repeat myself in saying we thoroughly enjoyed our time onboard. The only other negative aspect of the holiday was the pre-cruise 2 nights at the Rome hotel – our room had mistakenly been given to another guest of the same name and it meant we did not get access to the room until late afternoon – thank you for taking this up with Regent Seven Seas who as you know have offered an apology and a credit towards another cruise.
