Luxury All Inclusive Holiday to Mauritius with Serious Flight Delay
 All Inclusive Luxury Beach Holiday to the Residence in Mauritius – unfortunately clients’ outward flight was cancelled on the day of departure but I managed to contact clients prior to their departure to the airport and shift the complete holiday to a day later without penalty and register. Also registered a claim with Air Mauritius.
As you know it was a last minute decision to have a holiday this year so thank you for helping to sort things out quickly; you were efficient and "on the ball". Â We got exactly what we asked for and we can only thank you for sorting the extras! The hotel room was 'sea facing' and the Residence did let us stay an extra night which was complimentary and they did give us the late check out also complimentary which meant we had our hotel room until 6.30pm on Thursday; this worked out well. The transfers were all great, the staff all helpful and on time. Â Your support through the delayed flight situation was first rate! (Thank you)
We enjoyed our stay in Mauritius and The Residence did not disappoint, we would recommend it to other clients of yours as it has a lovely classy colonial feel. Â The food on the whole is very good and I must have put on 5lbs.
Air Mauritius have been in touch and asked me to sign a "Release and Indemnity" form which I will complete and send. Â Again many thanks for taking care of all the paperwork, just great service.
