Planning a Half-term trip away with my Grandchildren to Portugal at the last moment,  I was fortunate enough to come across Susan Dearing at Designer Travel. Susan took over and arranged everything beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was professional, friendly and informative at all times. I did not even have to print off the Boarding Passes, as the complete documentation came through by post.
