Holiday to the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto, using Premium Rouge Class with Air Canada Rouge  Simon. Thank you for your efficient service yet again on our latest trip which was to Canada. Both Elsie and I got a pleasant surprise when we checked in at the Royal York in Toronto to be allocated a suite (2 bedrooms - kitchen - sitting room) instead of the lead in room grade we paid for.
