Holiday to Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahia Real in Fuerteventura It’s four weeks since we returned from Fuerteventura but the memories remain vivid and good; it really was an excellent holiday. That it was such a successful trip is, as always, down to your combination of meticulous planning and attention to detail! For example, we were delighted with the experience of flying with Jet2 for the first time but, thinking about it, that was because you arranged for us to have extra legroom seats and hardly any carry-on luggage because we’d booked an extra case. Likewise, the transfers were smooth and hassle free. Our stay at the Atlantis Bahia Real was memorable too; I think it lived up to its claim of offering five-star service and accommodation – not something you find too often in a large, mainstream European resort hotel! Plenty of friendly and efficient staff everywhere, very good food with plenty of variety, good pool and beach facilities, and a large comfortable room. The public areas are typically spacious which means that the ambience is always relaxed and it never felt crowded. I think its location also helps – not in the centre of Corrallejo but a short taxi away from restaurants and shops. We would certainly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with a difference in the Canaries. So, Simon, thank you once again giving us a wonderful holiday!
