High Praise

Caroline has been booking our holidays both abroad and in the UK for a number of years now.

It’s so simple- you discuss with her what you would like to do, and she sends you the options available. It’s completely hassle free, and Caroline is very pleasant, professional and efficient. She’s usually able to offer different price ranges too (subject to what you’re hoping to book), and her regular email with holiday options is useful, as it details holidays you might not have considered, such as the Safari we have booked for 2023.

She doesn’t get flustered, and during a particularly trying time for the travel industry (and everything else), has been able to re-arrange a couple of our pre Covid booked trips. I can’t praise her enough.
