On breaking the holidays downs to our final two Ava provided us with yet more information to qualify our real needs verses our perceived wants and her judgement was brilliant... She amazed us with her personal touches and how she really went the extra mile to ensure that our individual needs were met. I have never met an agent so knowledgeable, or so willing to genuinely get the best deal for their client. I can assure you that we have now been totally spoilt by Ava and would not consider returning to our old agents or looking anywhere else in the future.
