Also advice given on driving distances and times as well as local attractions.   Greetings Simon, Just thought I would drop you a line to thank you for organising our holiday to the Southern States of America. Everything went like clockwork, from the flights to the choice of hotels and the car hire. You organising the Visa waiver forms & suggesting we joined B.A. executive club made it all run so smoothly. British Airways have certainly got their act together, it was impossible to find fault in anything. The car was brand new with only a few hundred miles on the clock (I soon remedied that) & we had no extra charges. As I said all the hotels were excellent with the stay at the Peabody in Memphis being the highlight. We got on well with the Duck Master, who took us on a guided tour of the hotel explaining all the history and showed us his private scrapbook & joined us for a drink when he was off duty. Thanks once again for arranging a holiday of a lifetime for us. We will have no hesitation recommending Designer Travel & you in particular to our friends.
