Fantastic service and very tolerant of my pestering!

At 9pm last night our holiday was cancelled by text when we were all packed ready to leave for the airport the following morning. The Jet2 helplines were closed until 8am the following day and no other available holidays were showing online.

Luckily, for the first time ever, I’d booked our trip through an agent after seeing Simon being recommended.

He worked until midnight last night trying to find us somewhere else to go. He understood what we wanted and kept going until he found something for us. He acted as though his own holiday had been cancelled not ours!

Every single holiday I book from now will be with Simon, I highly recommend you do the same.
