Thank you so much for helping us to get away this summer, in the middle of all the pandemic craziness it was a much needed family holiday.
Before COVID-19 was even a thing, you were brilliant helping and supporting me to find the right travel plan for us, finally settling on a wonderful villa in Kefalonia.
Then the world turned upside down, lockdown hit and everything else we had booked for the summer was cancelled. Thanks to you answering messages and phone calls (even on your own family holiday) you went above and beyond to keep us posted - and I'm forever grateful for having you there to help every step of the way (meanwhile my friends had a nightmare with tour operators)
When the villa company withdrew the property the week before our departure, you dealt with them brilliantly and got us an alternative. And the couple of issues we had whilst away, you took all the hassle away and as a result we had a fabulous week.
We had our week in the sun, in a lovely villa in Greece. Thanks so much for everything you did, we will absolutely be back to you for our next adventure.
