Exceptional Service

What can we say?

Well, let‘s start with Caroline provides a brilliant, professional, personal and very attentive service. This is the second cruise we've booked through Caroline.

The first time round we had no clue where to start, Caroline was invaluable as she quizzed us to find our likes and dislikes then she found and organized the most fabulous trip for us.

For our second cruise we knew what we wanted, told Caroline then sat back as she put everything in place for us to have yet another amazing trip.

We sailed on Celebrity Reflection and travelled Aqua Class on a 10 night cruise taking in ports in Italy, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. The ship was magnificent, our room lovely, the food wonderful and service was truly amazing.

Caroline organized all flights, transfers, hotel and cruise. We knew from our first time round that we had nothing to worry about other than to get ourselves to the airport, after that let the fun begin.

BA did try to put a spanner in the works by cancelling our flight out on the morning of travel, however, this was all rearranged very quickly and Caroline was in regular touch with us throughout the day (and the evening!!) to ensure we had everything we needed and that we got there ok.
