Excellent Service from Caroline

This is the second time I've used Caroline's services and it really is "the way to go"!!  It's so good just to throw a few ideas at her and she comes back with several choices and ideas.  It makes a difference that she is so well travelled herself...once a decision is made, Caroline does all the rest.  A later email requesting an overnight stay at the airport - done.  Everything is sorted with minimum fuss on my part...saved me hours of "online" messing about...all I have to do is look forward to enjoying my holiday!
