Disaster averted...

"After a six hour journey down to Southampton to board a cruise, I realised I had picked up my daughter's passport rather than my own. There was no way we were going to resolve the situation in time to board the ship. Luckily Sheila from Designer Travel was there to offer her assistance. She worked until late at night  to check out all our options, and arranged a flight and hotel at a good price, in order for us to meet the ship and start our long awaited holiday. Sheila really helped ease the pressure in what was a very stressful situation and we are so grateful. Many thanks" Mr and Mrs Campbell
