Your professionalism and seamless service is second to none. Thank you for listening to our needs and tailoring our holiday accordingly. We really appreciate your courteous approach and of course, your comprehensive knowledge of destinations and accommodation around the world, obviously gained through your previous career flying for British Airways. We are also very grateful to you for drawing attention to the passport requirements which have become somewhat complex since Brexit. You clearly explained when we would need to apply for our new British Passports which could have been an enormous faux pas had you not pointed this out.
