Should have posted last month...What can I say about Nigel, he was an absolute saviour! After we stupidly didn't check our daughters passport (until we got to the airport) and realised that it was 2 months out of date, Nigel worked his magic with Disney and managed to get our holiday back on track. He spent hours on the phone with them trying to re arrange our holiday and he pulled a blinder! Definitely recommend booking with Designer Travel. We have already booked our 2017 summer holiday with Jen (who is also fantastic) and are just trying to sort out our hotel for our New York trip with Nicky (also amazing!).
