Alison had arranged a fabulous trip to Barbados for our anniversary last April, however we weren't able to go due to all the Covid madness. It was so reassuring that Ali kept us in the loop about all of our options and was able to rearrange the trip for this year, even managing to secure the same special rate as when we originally booked in 2019. I would highly recommend talking to her about any planned holidays, it really pays to book through a human especially in today's times.
