We have had very little experience of cruising and it was great to be able to tap into all your knowledge about the appropriate cruise line, the right cabin (which turned out to be a great deal) and all the mysteries of tipping, drinks packages, table bookings etc. It was a great idea of yours to book the speciality restaurants for the “at sea” days. Your guidance with the correct choice of shore excursions was also very welcome, and we avoided becoming completely exhausted in St Petersburg by booking what for us was the correct mix of tours and activities. We had looked forward to this trip for a long time – so thank you for helping to make it so memorable. We shall certainly recommend your services to all our friends and relatives.
