I would like you to know I have booked lots of holidays through Caroline Bailey, and will book many more, she is professional friendly and totally knowledgeable on every holiday destination I have ever enquired about. Caroline always goes the extra mile and if there's a problem she will sort it out, there are a few incidents that come to mind, once my niece had booked a cruise for her honeymoon with Caroline, her suitcase went missing which caused her great distress, it wasn't Carolines problem but she made a few phone calls and sorted the situation out. Then I remember I had booked to go to Turkey with my sister, all was well until our transport to the airport came to collect us, it was a small mini bus, and became clear as we set off the driver was intoxicated everyone was terrified we tried to stop the man from driving us but he didn't or wouldn't listen or understand, when Caroline asked about the holiday I told her we had had a wonderful time but a near fatal experience, after a short while she told me that driver would not be doing any more airport drops which reassured us we could book the same holiday if we wanted to without fear of being driven to the airport by anyone unsuitable. I would recommend Caroline to anyone who wants to book a holiday, I can't speak highly enough of her. Anne Fovargue
