Having met Ava at the 2012 Southampton Boat Show, we finally booked a Sandals holiday to St Lucia La Toc, probably much to Ava¹s relief as we are not the easiest people to please. Undeterred though, Ava made sure that we had the best time, taking time to get to know what we wanted from a holiday and then using her knowledge of the resorts and locations to align our requirements at a very good price. Having had such a good experience, and booking the 2013 holiday while we were at resort, we returned and again Ava was able to better the price that we were promised, as well as booking the flights and again making sure that we were very well looked after. Also booking some flights separately for us as well the same year to Orlando and Miami. So now to present day, where again, having booked in resort, Ava has worked to make sure we can get the best possible price for the holiday, as well as making sure that we can get he flights we need and generally packaging everything up for us.
