Alex Polizzi stayed at the luxurious family resort - the Princess Yaiza in Lanzarote. In her review in the Telegraph - 22nd March 2014 Alex wrote: “Although we found the scale overwhelming at first, I don’t think we have ever experienced such a slick operation; and this is slick in a good way. Despite the sheer number of guests, the maintenance is extraordinary. There is not one leaf upon a pathway, or a sunbed out of place. Staff are universally enthusiastic, charming, helpful and well informed. Children are quickly identified by name. At no other hotel we’ve been to have the staff and management been so committed to the children’s enjoyment.“It is a million miles away from the chic places I once frequented in those increasingly unimaginable pre-child years, but it bridges the gap between what I need and what my children want in a more than acceptable way.I think we are going to return for Christmas.”
