This pretty villa is perched on a hillside boasting incredible panoramic views of the countryside below out towards the Bay of Cannes. The grounds have been flawlessly planned to take full advantage of the property’s position, with the lawned gardens and the enviably large swimming pool enjoying uninterrupted views across the bay. A decking area adjacent to the pool has soft seating; an excellent spot to relax with a glass of local wine and admire the vistas, while the outdoor dining area looking across to the sea is perfect for an al fresco dinner from the barbecue. Inside, the ground floor houses a large open-plan living area, with lounge, dining space and a well-equipped, modern high-gloss kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass doors line the room, flooding the space with light and opening out to the terrace. Upstairs you’ll find the sumptuous master suite, with two sets of huge glass doors bringing the views inside, and a deluxe en suite bathroom with twin sinks, free-standing bath and separate shower. There are a further two bedrooms, both with well-appointed en suite shower rooms, and an office on the ground floor can be made into a twin room for two children if required. The interiors are finished to an extremely high standard, with a mix of modern and classic furnishings, and neutral colour palettes and luxe fabrics throughout.

Grasse, with its shops, restaurants and interesting perfume museum, is less than 2km from the property, while the glitz, glamour and golden sands of Cannes are an easy drive away.
