Not far from some of the Algarve’s best beaches, this classic-style villa is a great example of traditional Portuguese style. It’s rounded and whitewashed, with a gorgeous but simply styled exterior, and there’s a huge wrap around terrace that basks in the first floor views of the ocean and garden. Bougainvillea-blessed gardens are beautifully well-kept, and there’s a heavenly blue-tiled swimming pool out back (available to be heated for an extra cost). With lots of loungers and brollies, there are plenty of sunbathing spots on the huge sun terrace, alongside a lovely outdoor table for al fresco summer meals. Inside, the villa represents a mix of traditional Moorish style with contemporary comforts. It’s traditional but classic, with lots of antique features and pared-back walls. The main living areas can all be found on the first floor – there’s a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and access to the veranda for the great sea views, plus a large living/dining area with high ceilings and a contemporary smart TV. There is also a guest toilet with shower on this floor. Head downstairs for the bedrooms – there are two twins with a shared bathroom, and a master king size double bedroom with a modern en suite walk-in shower room. All of the rooms follow a similar traditional style, and include patio doors that lead out to the pool or lovely garden.
