Villa San Paolino
Set in the gentle hills of Tuscany, Villa San Paolino is a beautifully restored country residence that blends timeless Italian character with understated modern comfort. Surrounded by olive groves and open countryside, the villa offers a peaceful retreat just a short drive from Lucca, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
Arranged across three floors, the villa sleeps up to ten guests in five well-appointed bedrooms. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto an outdoor dining area, a formal dining room and a comfortable sitting room. A double bedroom with en suite shower room completes this level. On the first floor, two king-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are joined by a cosy library and home office space, perfect for quiet moments. The second floor offers two further king-size bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Interiors are elegant and classic in style, combining traditional Tuscan features with carefully chosen furnishings to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Light-filled rooms open onto terraces and gardens, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.
The grounds are equally appealing, centred around an impressive 18-metre swimming pool and furnished terraces for al fresco dining and relaxing in the Tuscan sun.
With local shops in San Macario in Piano just 3km away and the cultural highlights of Lucca within 10km, Villa San Paolino is perfectly positioned for an authentic Tuscan escape.
