Villa Rodi is a stunning property has been designed with huge attention to detail - from the sky blue shutters framing the windows, to the eye-catching feature walls in each of the bedrooms; its cool and contemporary colour scheme flows seamlessly throughout the villa. The ground floor is open plan so it’s nice and spacious. There’s a large living area featuring a plush corner sofa, a fully-equipped monochrome kitchen with a breakfast bar and a separate dining area. Within the main house there are four fabulous en suite bedrooms across two floors, all of which have their own balcony and stunning views down to St Stephano and across the sea. The annexe (which is accessed externally, so it’s perfectly private) is home to a further two twin bedrooms, both are en suite and one has its own convenient little mini kitchen; there’s also a playroom with a large screen TV and lots of comfortable seating.

The outside space is equally impressive, with a huge pool area and a wraparound terrace with far-reaching sea views. There is ample space for outdoor dining and relaxing, plus an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue - perfect for al fresco entertaining. Meanwhile, this villa’s location is hard to beat. St Stephano is less than 2km away with its excellent bars, restaurants and boat hire - ideal for enjoying the coastline. Nearby shops and further restaurants can be found in Kassiopi, while remarkable Kerasia beach is just a short drive away.
