Resting on the edge of the Mediterranean in Penta di Casinca, Villa Ombra is a reimagined coastal retreat where modern design meet the historic charm of a former beachside shop. The house is built to capture the natural light, with quiet spaces that frame views of the sea and the distant silhouette of Montecristo.

The interiors prioritise ease and connection to the landscape. On the ground floor, three comfortable en suite bedrooms open directly onto the gardens or terraces, allowing the sea breeze to circulate freely. The first floor is dedicated to relaxation, featuring a spacious living area that leads to a panoramic balcony, an ideal spot for a game of table tennis or an evening drink overlooking the water.

Outdoor living is the heart of the experience here. The private pool features built-in steps for easy access and is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of shaded corners for cooling off during the afternoon. From the edge of the garden, the beach is just a few steps away, offering an understated setting to watch the sun set over the horizon.

While the villa feels beautifully secluded, it remains practical for families and groups. Local restaurants and the charming town of Penta-di-Casinca are just a short drive away, and with the beach only fifty meters from your door, the rhythms of the sea dictate the pace of the day.
