Villa Maria Assunta is set in a peaceful corner of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by silvery olive groves and elevated above the valley to enjoy sweeping views across vineyards, rolling countryside and woodland. The villa blends authentic Tuscan character with contemporary comfort, creating an inviting retreat for families and groups of friends.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across five elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The interiors feature original architectural details, such as rustic beams and historic flooring, paired with tasteful furnishings and natural materials. An additional sofa bed is available on request, offering flexibility for families.
Offering complete privacy and tranquillity, the villa is perfectly positioned for discovering the region. The historic walled city of Lucca is just a short drive away, ideal for shopping, dining and cycling along the famous city walls. Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the Cinque Terre are also easily reachable for memorable day trips.
After exploring Tuscany, guests can return to relax beside the infinity pool, enjoy an aperitivo at sunset, or dine outdoors under the gazebo while taking in the beautiful views. The outdoor spaces are designed for long, leisurely days under the Tuscan sun.
