The villa comprises two adjacent buildings, just metres apart, offering extra privacy with accommodation split between the spacious main house and a smaller guest cottage.

In the main house, where tradition meets modern comfort, a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen is semi-open to a bright, informal sitting and dining room featuring beautiful beams, an open fireplace, and doors opening onto the garden. The master suite is one of three charming bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Outside, a broad terrace runs the length of the house, shaded by a majestic oak and climbing vines, offering multiple furnished areas for dining and relaxing, all overlooking the heated swimming pool. The guest cottage features its own living room, country-style kitchen/diner, and two compact bedrooms, opening onto a private courtyard complete with loungers, dining area, and plunge pool. All accommodation is on one level, making it accessible for guests with limited mobility.

While enjoying total privacy, Villa Jasmina is within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive from a shopping centre. The villa is just 2.5 km from dining options in Opio, within 7 km of Grasse and Cannes, and 20 km from the sandy beaches at Antibes. For those seeking a mindful retreat, the villa also features a Garden Yoga Studio, which can be reserved for the week at an additional cost, offering a tranquil space for daily practice amidst nature.
