The villa nestles in gently sloping gardens of just over 1.2 acres of lawns and lavender, mulberry and olive trees, climbing roses and flowering shrubs, with table football on the lawn, and a saline treated swimming pool set in a south facing terrace. Shops and restaurants in atmospheric Valbonne are just 1.7km away, Mougins, Grasse and Saint Paul-de-Vence are within easy reach and the beaches of Antibes and Cannes are a 25km/15 minute drive.
