Just 25 metres from the turquoise sea, this contemporary villa enjoys sweeping views across the Cretan coast, where mornings begin with soft light over the water and evenings settle into golden calm.

Arranged over multiple levels, Villa Elara accommodates up to twelve guests across six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. The master suite sits on the ground floor, opening directly onto the infinity pool terrace, while the elegant open-plan living and dining spaces are framed by glass, allowing the sea to remain a constant presence. Upstairs, four further en-suite bedrooms and a private gym are positioned to make the most of the panoramic outlook. A separate private apartment below the pool provides an ideal option for additional guests or staff, offering independence without compromising comfort.

Outside, the villa unfolds into a serene oasis. A heated infinity pool appears to merge with the horizon, bordered by a sun deck and a thoughtfully designed barbecue area for relaxed, open-air dining. A private stone path leads directly down to two secluded beaches, offering rare and privileged access to the sea.
