Villa Cuvier is a contemporary villa in an enviable position, just 750m from a sandy beach, with nearby amenities in Cap d'Antibes within 1km, approximately a ten to fifteen minute walk. The accommodation is laid out over two floors where the ground floor is home to the en suite master bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and airy living room with a dining area. This opens on to the spacious and shady terraces furnished for al fresco dining, while a few steps down lead you to the lovely pool area set amidst the pretty lawned garden. A further few steps will lead you to an additional patio area where guests can enjoy table tennis.

Upstairs there is a further decked terrace accessible from the top of the staircase with panoramic views to the old town of Antibes, and giving access to the sauna. At this level there are two further spacious twin bedrooms, each of a good size which both open out to a garden terrace at the rear.

The sea, beach and a wide range of restaurants and activities are within easy reach. Walk five hundred metres to the sea to find the cove where Monet painted the view of Antibes and the mountains beyond. Just fifty metres further on, past the marina, there's the long sandy beach at Salis with its cafes, restaurants, yacht club and regular water sport activities. The old town of Antibes is only a few hundred metres further on, close to the Picasso Museum, the market and more. The Cap has an excellent delicatessen, alongside a superb selection of restaurants across several beachfronts, including Plage Joseph, Plage Keller and La Rocher on Garoupe Beach. We also recommend the breathtaking Cap d’Antibes peninsular walk, simply for its coastal views. The superb restaurant, Eden Roc, can be found near to Garoupe, at Hotel du Cap. Alternatively, the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel and Hotel Belles Rives are both great options for those seeking Michelin dining experiences, and cocktail bars with prices to match. All three are superb to watch the sun set over Cannes. Alternative experiences include the last rose nursery still open to the public plus Villa Eilenroc with its stunning gardens. The Botanical Gardens are also just a short walk from the villa.
