Villa Cozzana is quietly set among olive groves in the within very easy reach of Monopoli, offering a private base from which to explore Puglia’s coastline and countryside. The villa combines traditional Puglia architecture with contemporary comfort, creating a relaxed and elegant ambience.

The main house has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with king-size beds and private terraces with irect access to the gardens. A trullo guest house lovingly restored by craftsmen provides an additional bedroom, living room with fireplace, and private courtyard with dining table and fireplace, ideal for a couple seeking extra privacy.

Interiors are stylish and light, with spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, and carefully considered stylish furnishings. The elegant living room with grand white sofa, designer lighting is a contemporary space that retains the traditional charm of the building. The dining area with a beautiful concrete table for ten has lovely views of the garden and Adriatic seas. The fully equipped kitchen connects to an outdoor dining space, making it effortless to move between inside and out.

Outside, steps lead up to the pool sits on a sun-drenched roof terrace with breath taking views of the Adriatic, surrounded by comfortable loungers and stylish seating, shower arnd mini-fridge. Below aromatic plants and fruit trees provide seasonal colour and fragrance, while the private woodland and surrounding ancient olive trees offer quiet corners for relaxation.

Picturesque Monopoli is a maze of cobblestone streets, whitewashed houses and lively piazzas is within 5km. Sandy beaches and beach clubs at Capitolo are within 10 - 15 minutes drive. Hidden coves and sea caves can be explored from Polignano a Mare, well known for dramatic cliffs and turquoise waters. The UNESCO - listed Trulli Village of Alberobello and the white city of Ostuni with stunning architecture and views are great options for day trips. With a location just minutes from the sea and local amenities, Villa Cozzana is both convenient and secluded.
